In surveying it is possible,at times,to work around some obstacles, however, this may increase the potential for error and
may prove to be more work in the long run. So too, in life one may prefer not to address certain situations or circumstances.
By avoiding the rough spots though,we'll most likely miss the Blessings of growth and strength which would result from perserverence
and applied faith. " There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who
will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye
may be able to bear it." 1 CORINTHIANS 10:13 " Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation:
the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." MATTHEW 26:41 "One Christian who has been tempted
is worth a thousand who haven't." Martin Luther

NOTE: Ownership of parcel of property is expressed and conveyed by deed or title which declares the name(s) of
previous and current owner(s). It will also provide a descriptionof the parcel either verbally or by reference to a "plat"
which includes compass bearings, distances and specific physical makers. The Bible overtly, literally ststes that God
is and was and will always be the sole owner of all creation!!! His Name is in the Deed,He holds title to all creatures.
"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;male and female created he them."
GENESIS 1:27 "Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that
the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching
of his understanding." ISAIAH 40:28 " For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good
works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." EPHESIANS 2:10
The bearings in the Deed or plat give the direction and distance to travel to define a boundary. God's Deed also provides
direction and sets boundaries. see EXODUS chap. 20 Jesus said unto him,
"Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first
and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments
hang all the law and the prophets." MATTHEW 22:37-40 "And thou shalt love thy Lord
thy God with all your heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: is the first commandment.
And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other greater than these."
MARK 12:30-31

What type of instrument are you? Different makes and models of surveying instruments have varities of capabilities. They are
all used for the same purpose. In like manner, we each have unique strengths, weaknesses, talents, and gifts.
"Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same
Lord. And there are diverities of operations, but it is same God which workth all in all." 1 CORINTHIANS 12:4-6
"And he gave some, apostles;and some, prophets;and some, evangelists;and some, pastors and teachers. For the perfecting
of the saints, the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: " EPHESIANS 4:11-12

We also have the God-given ability and freedom to choose our goals and motivations. One may easily opt for
material and physical gratification which will prove lacking of true fulfillment. You can not take the toys with you!!! What
will go with you is the essence of where you "zeroed your instrument" and what bearings you "set control points" by. "Lay
not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:But
lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through
nor steal:For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also." MATTHEW 6:19-21
see also* The parables of Jesus:
MATTHEW13:1-52; MARK4:1-34; LUKE 8:4-18
Where do we get the "bearings"? The Bible provides direction for our "traverse" through life on earth. It
is not always easy to understand what the Bible tells us personally about circumstance. Once we have the "bearing" to follow
the Holy Spirit guides us the proper distance to the next point.
"And that from a child thou hast known the holy
scriptures, which are to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration
of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:That the man of God may
be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
